Cofactor: 1 - 2 mM Mg²+ cations for optimal activity (not included in the enzyme formulation)
Formulation: potassium phosphate buffer pH 8.0, 50 % (v/v) glycerol
Storage temperature: -20 °C
¹Unit definition: One unit (U) digests salmon sperm DNA to acid-soluble oligonucleotides equivalent to ΔA 260 nm of 1.0 in 30 min at pH 8.0 at 37 °C.
